Shipping

Pieces in the collection ship within five business days from our Queenstown studio. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces ship once they're finished — typically four to six weeks from order, longer for larger commissions.

We ship worldwide. New Zealand orders are sent via overnight freight; international orders ship with insured courier and signature on delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Every piece is packed by hand with care. Larger items ship in custom-built crates. If you need a specific delivery window, tell us at the point of enquiry.
