Collection pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.

Bespoke and configured pieces are made to your specification, so they are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing fault. If something isn't right, write to us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Every Fabél piece is covered by a lifetime structural guarantee. The patina on each finish will deepen with time — that's part of the design — but if the piece fails structurally we'll repair or replace it.
